Description​

MSE gateway should have backup_vswitch_id configured for multi-availability zone deployment.

Reason for Violation​

The MSE gateway does not have backup_vswitch_id configured.

Recommendation​

Set backup_vswitch_id to a VSwitch in a different availability zone.
